Note the microwave towers on top of the building, which are most likely no longer in service. The local central office and regional tandem is just to the right of the picture and around the corner. The original 4ESS was installed in 1978 and was an international gateway with Mexico. Sometime around 2018-2020 this was replaced with a new generation N4E (New 4ESS) made by Nokia.
